Are you frustrated about the outcome of your plans, or are you waiting on God’s promise to manifest your vision and purpose?
A man’s mind plans his way [as he journeys through life],
But the Lord directs his steps and establishes them.
THE LORD’S PROMISE
Therefore, thus says the LORD, “If you return, then I will restore you– Before Me, you will stand; And if you extract the precious from the worthless, You will become My spokesman. They, for their part, may turn to you, but as for you, you must not turn to them. Then I will make you to this people A fortified wall of bronze and though they fight against you, they will not prevail over you. For I am with you to save you and deliver you,” declares the LORD. “So I will deliver you from the hand of the wicked. I will redeem you from the grasp of the violent.”
God is always on time and target. He is still working on His divine plan to fulfill His promise and your purpose.
Trust His word, His way, His will, His timing!
God directs your steps to bless you, even in awkward places and barren seasons, fight for you, display you as His glory, save you, deliver you from devastation, disease, depression, and even death.
Rebound you to ‘really’ live; #chayah!
In Jesus’ name, Amen!
Proverbs 4:25-27 says,
“Let your eyes look directly ahead [toward the path of moral courage] and let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you [toward the path of integrity].
Consider well and watch carefully the path of your feet,
And all your ways will be steadfast and sure.
Do not turn away to the right nor to the left [where evil may lurk]; Turn your foot from [the path of] evil.”
Beloved, the Lord is a Promise-keeping God. He is a Covenant-Fulfillment God. He will honour His promise to bless and favour you. But you are also required to return to Him, to obey Him, to fearless trust Him, His way, His timing, to receive His love Allow Him to prepare you for purpose and His promise.
We seek your forgiveness for getting frustrated with You when you reposition us for a better, more prosperous and purposeful life. We don’t like the feelings of frustration and failure of our plans. But today, we take our hands off the steering wheel, with our short-sightedness, limiting beliefs, and fears.
We don’t understand everything that is happening around us, the pandemic, the joblessness, racism, defeat, depression, death, poverty, famine, financial crisis… Brokenness in homes, lives, children, families… Broken hearts and wounded souls…
So we must trust that the Almighty God is in control, and He will fulfill His promise in us, through us and for us.
Lord, we confess that we will wait upon you, wait for you, wait in you. We will trust in your steadfast and unconditional love to work all things together for your glory and our good. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Beloved, You are His!
You are loved!
